Board Actions
The Board of Education on Jan. 22:
- Reviewed upcoming trips by the Pattonville High School Robotics Club and varsity and junior varsity drill teams;
- Reviewed an update on the Missouri Assessment Partnership (MOAP);
- Approved, subject to audit, the financial statements for the month of December 2018;
- Approved paying $884,360.40 for purchases made on Pattonville's purchasing cards, which earned the district a rebate of nearly 1 percent (or $8,321.82);
- Declared a list of equipment and furniture as surplus to be sold at auction on the district's GovDeals.com website;
- Approved the employment of certified staff for the 2019-2020 school year;
- Approved the request for the high school varsity cheerleading team to participate in the National Cheerleaders Association National Cheerleading Competition;
- Approved the 2019 legislative priorities for the Pattonville School District;
- Lodged for action the review and revising of Policy BBFA (Board Member Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure); a vote is expected during the Feb. 12 board meeting;
- Approved paying $1,706 to Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan and Jackstadt for legal services; and
- Approved, as lodged for action on Jan. 8, the student and staffing projections for the 2019-2020 school year.
